What problems do we solve?
Memphis Tire Recyclers is a tire recycling company and only recycles scrap tires. We do not recycle cardboard, metal, plastic or other materials.
Vision
Our vision is to become one of the most inclusive, proactive and impactful tire recyclers in America by providing sustainable recycling solutions while producing useful products from recycled tires. Our vision is also to create a standard and world class tire rubber recycling plant whose products and brand will not only be accepted in metropolitan Memphis area, but also in other cities in the United States of America.
Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide TDA, TDF and crumb rubber from recycled tires that will assist the relevant industries in saving money as well as utilizing a renewable energy source. We also plan to promote a cleaner and greener environment by clearing illegal tire dumpsites to prevent the polluting of our aquifers.
BUSINESS
Memphis Tire Recyclers is the brainchild of David M. Burgess and Corteney B. Mack. Both noticed the tire dumping issue in Memphis and wanted to be part of the solution. Memphis Tire Recyclers takes scrap tires and processes them into tire derived aggregate (TDA), tire derived fuel (TDF) and crumb rubber.
We are one of two permitted and approved tire recycling facilities in Tennessee.

Memphis Tire Recyclers has a drop-off location for citizens and businesses to ethically recycle tires. The hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday. Trailers can also be dropped off at contracted businesses to be filled by the customer and collected by Memphis Tire Recyclers.

We accept tires for disposal to be dropped off by the public and retail customers between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday through Friday at our drop off location, not at our processing facility.
